NEW client guidelines

Trying a new fitness class can be intimidating. Don't fret! Our studio staff and teaching team are all trained to help you get acquainted with our space and discuss any exercise modifications you may need. So if it's your first time to the studio, PLEASE arrive at least FIFTEEN MINUTES BEFORE CLASS to meet your instructor and settle in.

WHAT TO BRING:
•Bottled water or refillable water bottle
•A can-do attitude

WHAT TO WEAR: 
•Long or cropped pants (NO shorts)
•Top that covers midsection
•Socks (optional)

WHAT WE PROVIDE:
•Deluxe exercise mats (disinfected with a natural antibacterial solution after every class)
•All exercise accessories
•Small towels
•Filtered Water

STUDIO AMENITIES:
•Luxe waiting area
•Lockers and cubbies
•Changing rooms
•Vanity stations with complimentary toiletries
