Prenatal Class and Pregnancy Workshop
Sunday, March 26, 12:30pm-2:30pm

The 2-hour event begins with a full 30-minute prenatal focused workout followed by an opportunity for expecting mothers to connect with each other and share their feelings about giving birth. Please bring a notebook and pen for journaling, water for your workout, and feel free to bring a snack.

The workshop will be led by Lex, AB's own Fitness Doula, and Kaitlyn Peake, a birth and postpartum doula and certified herbalist who is currently expecting her first child.
